Isn't it because your timetable is showing you the classes you have this week and most tutorials don't run in week 1?Today I checked my timetable and it was missing two tutorial classes. Does this mean I was removed from them? I didn't make any edits to my timetable

Don't go to the lectures Although check the recordings every now and then. The assignments should be fun for you.Don't get me wrong guys, I'll enjoy learning C specific things - but I definitely won't enjoy sitting through lecture after lecture on what arrays, lists, data types, sorts, and complexity are (aka 90% of the course)
What the course will teach you is good syntax. Self-taught programmers will generally develop their own personal programming idiosyncrasies, which is fine, but there is a specific methodology in how you must structure your code and you need to learn that if nothing else.Don't get me wrong guys, I'll enjoy learning C specific things - but I definitely won't enjoy sitting through lecture after lecture on what arrays, lists, data types, sorts, and complexity are (aka 90% of the course)
