Does anyone know what is happening with importing of our old emails into our new UNSW email? Is there a way to do it ourself?

Look on the sidebar of your new email. It should have July, June, and May and prior months. You can then drag any emails into your main inbox and everything is as normal.

I have those folders you mentioned, but how do I import in my old emails? They ain't there atm

They just eventually appear. I didn't need to import anything.

Talked to UNSW IT today, they said my email will be migrated over when it is done for staff, because I am regarded as a staff member by the system since the UNSW IT system has my bank details for my scholarship.

Are engg1811 lectures and labs important?

Labs are important as that's where you actually do the work. They are also marked.

Personally, I didn't find the lectures that great. I just read through the slides and worked on the lab for that week.

sometimes takes a while before you can see recordings

Technically, all lectures are recorded. It's just a matter of whether the LIC uploads the link to the Echo360 recordings, on Moodle.

Technically, they are not. Depends on lecture location.
