Am I the only one struggling with the post quiz 2 content in FINS1613? :/ Especially Modigliani & Miller, Leverage and Capital Structure :/

I is. Everyone saying fins easily but I'm struggling with the problem solving aspect.

Dunno, but you can always just go to uni first / anzac parade grab something to eat and walk over to the racecourse.

I can't see what route you're referring to. You're just linking to a bus stop.

If you're at high street, it's an easy walk anyway if your bus is late or you cannot be bothered waiting for it. Definitely a walk, but not a hard one.

No way, check D94's image. You just walk down doncaster ave. See the image and doncaster ave x ascot st the round-a-bout? There's an entry there you walk up into. It's a 15 minute walk, quicker if you walk fast.

Oh, Anzac Pde Opp Carlton St is the appropriate stop. That's 5 minute by bus.

Looking at the map, just walk from upper campus down Wansey (beware light rail works) and turn left when you get to Alison road and keep walking until you get there. Walk is like 15-20 mins

It's a bit longer than that since you can't take the shortcuts. Lower to upper for me is something like 10 minutes.

Why???? Why would anyone want to walk to upper campus.

Just walk down doncaster seriously, there's no crazy hills you have to walk.
