Unable to Access Premium Notes (1 Viewer)

I recently, very recently actually, purchased the Premium membership in hopes to see the Antony and Cleopatra notes In the English (Premium) Resources.

However, to my horror, when I clicked the link.

Nothing.

I tried a different resource, Gwen Harwood, ... Nope not working either.

Whats wrong with this :
I would really like to be able to access these notes, tonight... Need to do some desperate last minute revision.

Make sure you have Flash Player installed

I cant access them either, I've got Adobe Flash 9 Installed, cleared by Cache,

It worked ONCE before. Now it doesnt. Waste of $20 ?

No worries!

We've found out that some people may have corrupted installs of Adobe flash.
Try removing it via http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

and reinstall it.

try these different ways:
1. try open the premium notes site WITHOUT Flash installed, and then install when prompted for the Flash plugin (Firefox only)
2. Access via IE: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
3. Access via FireFox http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

I've tried all the above and I still get the same response as seen in the screenshot in the first window, this problem has been happening for the past week for me...

Also I use Mozilla Firefox, but I also tried using Internet Explorer also to see if it was the browser and it seems to be the same result.

Things I've tried include: Uninstalled Adobe flash (from link above), went back to premium and wait for a re installation bar to come up, didn't happen so then I just resintalled it from the link above and now im back to where I was from the start. Oh and I also reset my cache.

something else to try - update your graphics driver.

I tried contacting you earlier but you didn't reply. I need help with this urgently, trials coming up on Monday and there was a document which had ALOT of usefull information in the Ancient History section and English.
