So when is everyone going to start studying/etc?

I did my first mock UMAT test from Face2Face and I got 60%. LOOOL.

Anyone going to take MedEntry or any other related UMAT activities?

I've heard Medentry papers are more difficult than F2F.

does anyone know wat a good percentage is?
Generally for UNSW Medicine a score above 90% is what you want. Newcastle/UNE has a rather abysmal program and I know of a person that is shortlisted already by their application and UMAT of 67%

My friend got 89% and 98 ATAR he still got into UNSW so the interview is as equally important. Btw tbh f2f papers are pretty bad. I've personally read and done them Medentry is by far better. Anyone got UMAT resources for trade?
Nope. What papers do you have? :)

For UWS, the UMAT is weighed 1:1:0.5 (S1:S2:S3 respectively). Since I'm GWS, cut-off should be lower (I believe 139?).

The scores for UNSW
UMAT ATAR
52 99.95
56 99.5
58 99.0
63 98.0
66 97.0
70 96.0

But isn't this UMAT mark a percentile, not an actual mark of how much of the paper was answered correctly?
But yeh UNSW med needs you to be in the 90th percetile or above to be competitive. And an ATAR above 98 (pushing 99).
A guy in my year got the 98th percentile and an ATAR of 96, and it doesn't look like he'll make it into UNSW med...

He needed a 99-100th percentile.

I've worked through Section 2 and 3 of the AMEPP (Australasian Medical Entry Preparation Program).

I got a total of
98.4% in Section 2 (Understanding People) from 152 Questions
85% from 161 Questions from Section 1 (Non Verbal Reasoning, both Spatial and Visual Logic)

And you don't get a percent of the test right, you get a total mark after getting marks for Sections 1,2 and 3. The total mark is then placed on the curve and your given a percentile, which is what the Universities look at, though some universities may look at one section over another, e.g University of Queensland weighs the marks S1+S2+1/2 S3
