hey was bored tonight..taking a break from studying so (with the help of rahul)
i created a uai vs aggregate curve with my subs using values from uaiseeker

check it out..

make ur own if you can be bothered....no actually..

MAKE UR OWN FULLSTOP

and post it on here...
wanna compare..
see how hard i gotta work compared to others

It looks reasonably close to the actual curve.

I always found it interesting that you get more bang for your buck at the lower levels... the higher you go, the harder it gets.

yes, and it is for UAI >= ~90.

its wrong then, last year my aggreta was 341 says here i should of got 70 somthing

i got 41.05

You don't know your aggregate, because you don't know your scaled marks. You can't use the ones given to you by the Board.

here are my marks from last year ill let u guys figure out the aggreate

Senior Science- 79
Modern History-69
Hospitality-67
Geography- 65
Standard English-61

to me total = 341....

so ur aggregate could be almost half of what the sum of your BOS marks are?

makes it kinda hard to know where you stand.

use this table to help u fidure out ur aggregate scaled marks

the HSC mark is ur mark after it has been scaled according to subject n waht ull get back... so this one shows u how the final stage of scalin goes the one thats done by the uai n u never find out

Mmm - your BOS marks mean nothing in terms of your UAI.

lazarus, i thought 405 was 95 UAI. but according to this dude, its somewhere between 92-93... omg i'm scared now whats the correct one?

Hmmm... my formulae indicate 95 to be around 400 - 405.

The UAISeeker should be reporting that as well.
