this HSC really worries me. i have no idea of what my UAI could or will be. i am ranked in the top ten for all my subjects but just not really exceling at any. any help please on possible UAI's

post your rankings and results. People say ranking matters more then marks...so if your ranks are high, you're uai could possibly be 80+

Try out sam as well. It will give you an estimation.

between 75 - 80. Because you've got 11 units they'll only count your 10 best units. Do well in the trials and the final hsc exams and you could get 80+ Not to worry!

You need to do better in adv english, geo and pd/h/pe, otherwise you will be scaled down.

Just because the marks are around that area, doesn't mean that'll be the same UAI he'll get.

Mid to high 70s is a good range with those I think.

Yeh, i think that's right - Juai says 78.9

Juai is pretty accurate too, i put my brothers results in from 2001 and the result was exactly the same as his uai.

What's your aim? You can reach it if you study hard for the trials and the HSC.

Welcome to the real world

Stuff is stressful and the HSC won't be the worst thing to ever happen to you. Work out a study plan, look at your weaknesses in each subject and try to address them. Pick a number that is your aim for your UAI and work out how to get it.

u all seem to kno bout uais etc lol, i just try n do my best always lol, thatl work i think lol. but can sum1 like predict or advise me on my uai...i wanna do B Media/Laws at macq next year which is 93.90 so thats my aim at the moment hey...i cnt be bothered use that sam shit so yeh haha

Advanced english: about 87 - ranked 2/20
ext english: round 85-90 - ranked 2/2 (small but strong class lol)
um modern h: about 85 - ranked 1/18
SORII: 95+ - ranked 2/9
gen maths: bout 85-87 - 3/118
Legal studies: bout 85+ - rankd 2/19

but remember, all my teachers r rely hard markers, like i have the senior marker for english journeys, SORII and modern so i think its the ranks u look at lol...so il just be ecstatic if i cud try n get that 93.9 lol but god knos...
