They DID say that they are giving 30 positions for Combined Med at USYD. And there is just no way in hell that they can fill all that 30 positions up purely from 99.95 ATAR (40 positions are up for 99.95 ATAR).

its not like a degree in music will get you into the music industry, but im probably wrong, as Dr Dre who probably has a phd in music, and is in the music industry.

studying music/composing/performing has been arguably the best part of 'homework' that ive ever had to do. it's been a part of my life since i was 7, and i've loved every minute of it, so i'd like to chase that passion to a higher level

on the other hand, i've always wanted to come out as a doctor (well, obstetrician). so music/med works perfectly for me

well, not anymore. not at this rate anyway
