nope it doesnt at all in nsw, you can change it any amount of times

in qld i think you can only change it 4 times before it costs tho ....

haha, 60k * 23 = 1380k = 1.38 million from this LOLOLOL.

i think its less then that, 50-60% of the state are dumbshits and wont get in/apply for uni.

24k * 23 = 552k.


on another note, imagine if they made it like.. 500 bux for each application
people who want to go to uni will still apply. say 10000 people want to go to uni. thats:
10000x500 = $5million
