UAC Application (1 Viewer)

Hi,
So I'm applying to transfer courses through UAC, having done 1 year (well, by the end of this sem) of study. My question is, how will UAC have access to my ATAR because i dont have my UAC number/pin from year 12. The application didnt explicity ask for my ATAR results, but i thought that they consider both your WAM and ATAR.

After 1 year your Atar is no longer necessary
if they need it and can't trace your file they will make you send the official documents to them directly or through post.

Is this always true? They wont look at atar at all?
