Students Experience Tutoring
Who are we?
We are a tutoring business founded by two second year university students. Our aim is to link potential students with the most appropriate tutor in terms of personality, location and expertise.
Our tutors?
We have a wide range of tutors spread out all over Sydney, ranging from 1st year University students to those who have graduated from University. All our tutors have scored a Band 6 in the subjects which they offer tutoring and we have screened them to ensure they are capable of explaining and teaching. In terms of experience, this differs from tutor to tutor. Some tutors have a vast array of experience including tutoring colleges and private tutoring however some are fresh out of high school, so are still looking for that first opportunity.
Location?
Our tutors are spread all over Sydney so you don't have to worry about not having a tutor that matches your specific needs. Our tutors are very flexible and therefore tutoring can be conducted at the student's house, the tutor's house or even a mutually agreed location such as a public library.
Subjects?
As we have such a large tutor base, we offer most of the HSC subjects from the most commonly tutored subjects such as Adv English, Ext English, 2unit Maths, 3unit Maths, 4unit Maths, Chemistry and Physics to the less common like Business Studies, Economics, Biology, Legal Studies, Modern History, Ancient History, Accounting and French. The list of subjects go on. We have also recently branched out to cater for IB students.
Price?
We are very flexible in terms of price. We generally charge $30-$35 per hour depending on the location of the student. Discounts are offered for tuition which extends longer than 1hr or if a student is tutored in more than one subject by us. Ask us for our special deals!
