Well, I've got a source analysis assessment for "Turning Points"

'1.Impacts of the entry of the USA and Russian withdrawal
2. Ludendorff's Spring Offensive and the Allied response'

and for this..i obviously need sources.
So I was wondering if anyone could help me out locating some 'unique' sources that they may have/know how to find.

Such as:
-Photographs
-Historians opinions
-Personal accounts (diary entries, letters, biography)
-Statistics or graphs
-Government documents

... and yes i obviously know how to use google its just the sources i am finding seem to be to general and everyone will have the same ones. (Zimmermann Telegram etc.)

thanks :spin:

If you are rich get yourself the following book-

The Western Front Experience: 1914-1918 (Hardback) By (author) Gary Sheffield ISBN 13: 9781847321329 at The Book Depository

There is an abundance of facsimile sources in that from the IWM. A great book, lucky that I found it on bargain at Borders.

I will find some more for you but I'm in a rush now so I'll leave it at that for now.
Ahh ok thx a lot man. Looks good, I will consider giving it some viewing for those sources. Thx in advance for any other info. :)

The Great War by Les Carolyn

The Great War - Les Carlyon - Books - ABC Shop

You should find this book at your local library. The latter part of the book covers operation Michael in pretty good detail and has a lot of testimonies from British and Australian soldiers.

First World War.com - Memoirs & Diaries

Australian War Memorial - Official History of Australia in the War of 1914–1918 - Volume V

http://www.awm.gov.au/cms_images/histories/6/chapters/05.pdf

Villers-Bretonneux, Adelaide Cemetery

Videos-

Harbonnires, Heath Cemetery - archival video

I'm not going to baby-spoon feed you anymore. This should be enough.
