sin^-1 (o/h)
cos^-1 (a/h)
tan^-1 (o/a)

o = opposite side length, h = hypotenuse, a = adjacent side.

i think he figured it out now.
thanks, i would of helped but i hate maths with a passion and i cant do it for shit,
hence studying dietetics,lol
