Hey guys,

I'm wondering, if I transfer from sci/arts to comm/law, would this be an internal transfer (I hear that transferring from x to law with x is going to be internal)

I need 48uoc to be able to transfer. Is it ok if I take some commerce subjects in sem 2?

No. When transferring between faculties or from a program with a lower UAI cut-off into a program with a higher UAI cut-off, you are required to apply via UAC.

Provided you meet the requirements for the course you wish to enrol into, you are able to take any course you want.
