Can someone help me find the information about transferring from BE to BE/BCom or BE/BA at USYD. Cant seem to find anything on the usyd website

You need to reapply to UAC for 2014 entry.

no you don't go to http://www.eng.usyd.edu.au/ then current students forms and policies then the interal transfer policy form and fill it out and send

https://secure.eng.usyd.edu.au/student/special_permission_3.php does indicate that for a change like be to BEBCOM, which is what the OP wanted, application to UAC is required.
