Is it possible to be able to transfer into another course at the start of uni or the first two weeks of uni? UAC main round applications are out and I had actuarial studies at UNSW as my first preference. My second preference was engineering/commerce which I now wish I had left as my first preference. My atar was 99.05 and so I beat the cutoff for actuarial by like 2 points so I will most likely get a main round offer for it. If for late round offers I have eng/comm (at either UNSW or USyd) as my first preference, is there a reasonable chance I will get a late round offer? The late round cutoff is 99.95 (which I didn't achieve) but with EAS I'm pretty sure I reach this.

UAC Undergraduate course search

According to the above link, final closing date for eng/commerce at unsw is 31st jan. Late round offers are released on 30th. Does this mean I have one day to enroll?

What does final closing date even mean? I think one day's plenty to enrol.
