hey can someone please tell me what grades i need

Im a first year student currently studying studying bachelor of science.
i know at monash you need a distinction average in order to be considered for a transfer.

is it difficult to transfer from monash to rmit?

A distinction average is needed at minimum to transfer in almost all cases intra and inter uni. The higher the better as there might be stiff competition.

But if your only first year and straight out of school they'll still look at your enter, THEN your gpa, unless your gpa is amazingly high. But it doesnt hurt to apply as rmit isnt as strict on entry requirements as other uni's and you are able to state your case in the application letter (why you want to transfer etc.)

But to answer your question, yeah, aim for 70% min in your studies at monash.
