Yeah well my teacher is a dick and doesn't teach and just gives us assignments to answer.
Well the question is, "
Describe in detail how the following information processes are undertaken by both
users and participants in your system.
a. Processing
b. Storage and retrieval
c. Collecting
".
The system being used is CityRail for the whole class. Any help would be extremely helpful and if u wanna write me a full 6 mark answer that would be actually beautiful. cheers

Find out the difference between a user & a participant & then go over the 7 information processes again & then try & put it in context of the information system you were given. It's a very simple question.

Are participants ones who add the data (eg: commuters of cityrail) and users the ones who use the data (system admins and stuff)?

Commuters of CityFail are users & the CityFail staff such as the system admins would be the participants.
