Is it good to write topic sentences for Imaginative Journey essay? School teacher said to do this but I can;t think of anything else than
-an imaginative journey broadens understanding of the world and ourselves by taking us into a world of imagination, speculation and inspiration
-allows us to transcend reality and explore abstractions to arrive at state of understanding
Aren't they similar? So would topic sentences be a good idea ? If they are, any suggestions?

hey i just asked a mate who did the HSC last yr... he sed both were pretty good and no need to think of any others ... just work with them.

topic sentences actually need to be relevant to the point you are making in your paragraphs. They should basically summarise the point you are making in each paragraph, so whilst its good to use the above phrases such as "transcending reality", you need to make sure that they are relevant to the question.

Yeh a simple one is better than a cokmplicated one you yourself barely understand
