Top School vs Lower School (1 Viewer)

Hey,

Lets say I went to a relatively lowly ranked school and did quite well in my internals (band 6s) while everyone else did relatively bad (band 3, 4, 5), how would that scale my HSC mark?

Lets say that they got B3, 4 and 5s while I got high B5s and lower B6s.

Is there that much of a difference for students in this position in James Ruse/Baulko compared to those in lower ranked schools/TAFE?

I'd say it depends what your rank is.

If you get the same final HSC marks as a student at Ruse in the same subjects you will be scaled the same - the scaling is done on the raw marks of students - not schools as a whole.
