I was a huge Tool fan for about a year (never got into APC, though they have some good stuff). I kind of went off them though - they are a bit pretentious and the lyrics are kind of psuedo-intellectual.

Aenema was always my favourite though, thats the only one I'd still listen to. Never thought much of Undertow or Opiate and never gave the other two much of a chance.

I've gotten over Tool lately, but they're really good. And i'm getting into APC again...Maynard was much better with APC. The music was better in Tool but Maynards voice is at a completely different level with APC.
