The format was fine for 2U in terms of time.

Maybe you weren't prepared enough in order to move at a steady rate?

3hours, i bet i can finish it with slow and safe working out...

and im talking about extension 1 /3unit not 2unit, 2unit was easy

i need to improve my speed in 3unit :(

yeh i know you meant 3U.

I was just saying the format worked out fine for 2u, so i doubt it would have been bad for 3u.

yeh maybe it was just your speed, did you get stuck much?

ahhhhhh yeh, stuck in the multiple choice, wasted maybe about 20-25% of my time on it

and the real questions where like BS cos they were easy as, but takes time to do it such as differentiating a long as function...with inverse

and the last question wasnt even hard, a very weak binomial proof.....which was equating co-effs then sub x = 1 which was so obvious....

i just wish i went faster in multiple

Yeah, I left all my MC till I reached a question that I definitely couldn't do and then I would go and get that 10/10 MC :]

I just started with MC but made sure I didn't go over my 15 min max that i set for it. then just moved onto short answer and if i got stuck anywhere, i'd go back and look at the MC.

As with any previous Maths paper, you skip things you can't do and then come back and do them (although, I didn't always listen to that advice myself).
