To measure force of punch by the force measurements (1 Viewer)

Hi, I’m trying to found a some force measurements device that displays the force of a punch.
what would best fit my needs? A force gauge or an accelerometer? Actually I found this type of force measurements http://www.qualityforcegauges.com/force-gauges/ but I’m not sure I need that advanced device. I’m a noob so I really need your advise.
