So basically the concept is life after a fictional kidnap, the multi-facted nature of media fascinations, psychology and internal conflicts with hints of Stockholm Syndrome etc etc/

ONLY problem is the title. My teacher thinks "Shadows" is appropriate as it connotes the characters inability to escape her experiences for the good and bad etc etc

Any other ideas?

oh come on, Shadows? no way dude. plus i wouldn't let my teacher have any input on the title of my major work haha. make it something subversive or confronting to echo the nature of the crime? unless your MW doesn't roll that way...

you could take the title from one of the lines of the poem...maybe a line that you particularly like or that particularly embodies the ideas in your major work?
