woo calm down, u didnt really have to have nine steps. But then again all sources are different. I just talked about screening, flocculation, settling, sedimentation and chlorination

Are u guyz serious about 85-88 for band 6... if the top in the state for chem only gets like 96...band 6 will be like 77/100. 88 will give u like 94/95 :D:D:D

You should have asked for another booklet for that questoin
They had to staple it to the answer booklet
Hmm...lol, ah well. Hopefully I can still manage 7/7 for that question...I didn't really miss anything important that I can remember...talked about reflux, use of a catalyst etc. + conditions for fermentation + distillation.

Hopefully something under 75. (although there's 0.000000000000000000001% chance of that happening. :(

Top in the state usually gets 97 or 98 aligned, which is probably only around 95-96 raw...goes to show go strictly they mark the papers. I reckon 90/100 raw would get 95/100, possibly 96. You're doing pretty well just to get in the mid-80s raw - probably the top 3-4%.

You never know...conservatively I'd say ~77-78 though, but it wouldn't surprise me if the cut-off were 75 or 76, but that's probably the lowest it would go.

Has anyone ever gotten a 100? (In any of the sciences)

Not sure...try putting some marks into SAM for 01-03...it'll tell you. I'd imagine that getting 100 would constitute getting 99/100 raw and being rounded up - 100% is extremely difficult, as you would understand.

The only time ive ever heard of someone getting 100 in one of the sciences was back in the old syl. Back in like i think it was 89, someone spok from my school got 100 in EXT2&1 maths, 100 in chem and 99 for physics. But like i said i think hes the smartest person to ever go to my school i dont know what he got in eng or bio.

The Board's Consultative Committee has decided that the only condition from which a 100 examination mark can be awarded is if someone achieves 100% total weighted mark. Even if someone scores 99/100 and the Band 5/6 cut-off is 30/100, they will only get 99.

Didn't Keypad get 100 for MX1? He didn't get a total weighted mark of 100 though did he?

prob 80. I think it was a bit more straight forward but there was still some difficult questions. Especially in that stupid forensics option topic.
I agree.. Most of it was very doable, though I know i made some stupid mistakes.. Forensics was decent on the whole I thought.. Except that the only method I didn't learn was high performance liquid haha.. But i couldnt find a good description anywhere! Oh well, I did a good fudge I think.. Hopefully around 80 for me.
