maybe your internet is just shit. try it on another computer

Maybe your internet or maybe your Java. I had to re-download and install Java to finally make it work after an hour last night.

If it still hasn't worked..clear your cache and then go to the uac page. i found out last night after trying for ages they had changed the main page with the link to the two servers etc..
