He's two years older than me at 20. We've had a few physical confrontations over the years, all of which he's come off second best.. none as shocking as this one though.
I'm hopeful that time will heal. I just don't know how long though.
Thing is, i have talked to him since then.. but the conversation lasts no longer than 5 words.

Have i said sorry? a few times, but 'sorry' never really counts for anything. It's just a word

I've fought my older brother before, not fists flying and what not, but we've tussled. Our relationship is still great regardless of such things. We've yelled, swore and whatever at each other. We didn't even need to apologise which is the greatest part, we can just realise that there's 100% no point in holding grudges against each other.

Just talk to him, if he's not obviously constantly pissed off at you for that, then he's more than likely in the same position as you.
