he could get into UNCLE
and that would be around 63rd %ile

EDIT: That's actually around 58th percentile.

Also, if he got
1 - 49
2 - 49
3 - 75
His percentile would be ~86th and he would only have a chance at UNSW with an ATAR of 99.1+

I just put two scenarios to say that percentile doesn't really matter getting into med unless you are 90+ because less than that you could have very different scores in different sections. So if you got 75+ in section 3 and less in other sections it could put your percentile up to mid-high 80s but you wouldn't be able to get into usyd due to their 1:1:0.5 ratio.
Like if you get less than 50 in any sections, no matter how good your other sections are you can't get into UNCLE.
And if you get an ATAR below 93.5 you can't really get in anywhere.

No chance. Only chance with your estimated ATAR is a uni that does not require the UMAT e.g. JCU

Just going through this thread is making me so nervous for next year . Anyone who got a high percentile what did you do to perform so well?? Where is the best place to get access to past papers and stuff?
