Just a question, what level or testing is done for guitarists to gain entry to the con ?

that depends on what course you want to get into and im really not the right person to answer that

its pretty high for say the jazz course, and probably for bmus perf. you can get the info from the con website i think. what things to know, how many pieces to play etc...

u never know. if you want to keep playing for fun then: there are a number of very good jazz access courses that run on weekday evenings that are VERY good trust me, i do one of them and i love it they put you with other musicians of around the same skill level. its great. but thats if your into Jazz of course
