ahh the indians, chappell is doing a bloody good job with them. cant wait for the india vs pakistan starts on jan 2nd, thats crazy just after new year what a way to start the year the two most in form teams hittting out against each other. mohamed yusuf, akmal, khan and akthar vs pathan, dravid, sehwag, tendulkar and singh.Fast_heinz said:Looking forward to the return series in South Africa.
Also can't wait for the ODI's, SA have been unstoppable lately (except in India, which is pretty random anyway).
two most in form asian teams you mean?HotShot said:ahh the indians, chappell is doing a bloody good job with them. cant wait for the india vs pakistan starts on jan 2nd, thats crazy just after new year what a way to start the year the two most in form teams hittting out against each other. mohamed yusuf, akmal, khan and akthar vs pathan, dravid, sehwag, tendulkar and singh.
as for south africa they just cant handle spin absolutely clueless. poor ntini.
I dont think Shaun needed to prove anything. His career has been outstanding and his stats dont lie.Bookie said:This is gay.
My fave player Pollock proves to the world he is the best in the world, but the rest did fuck all. Well done to Australia, and I cant wait for the Sydney test. I'll try to get out to 3 days at least, how about yourselves?
Oh, and my fellow deVilliers pervs, I dont think Abraham Benji will be playing in the ODIs, hes a bit too shit for them.
Jaques will be a gun opener! Also Kallis isnt getting any younger...Bookie said:Well after Langer and Hayden reitre, no team will challenge South Africas top 4 order.
Dont get me wrong, Jaques is my fave player when it comes to Aussies, but againt the Saffers.....smokey said:Jaques will be a gun opener! Also Kallis isnt getting any younger...
I dont think de Villiers will be in the high 40s, perhaps mid 40s. Smith, will around the 50 mark. Kallies will be in the mid 50s. Clarke if he can make it back into the aussies (which he should be able to) has potential to be high 40s but i dont think he will. hussey will averages in the mid 50s, and gilcrhist in the high 40s and early 50s.Bookie said:Dont get me wrong, Jaques is my fave player when it comes to Aussies, but againt the Saffers.....
So itll be in 4 years, say,
Jaques (age 30) - averageing mid 40s
??? - low 40s
Ponting (34) - mid 50s
Clarke (28) - high 40s
as opposed to
de Villiers (25) - say averaging high 40s
Smith (28) - mid 50s
Gibbs (35) - high 40s
Kallis (34) - mid 50s
South Africa are much more established than what Australia will be.
