I don't like ronaldo being played as striker. Portugal loses alot of forward thrust down the flanks with him there. I'll stop complaining if he strikes the winner though :).

Well we've survived normal time. Terry's strike was impressive. :p

Portugal have had so many crosses float across the face of England's goals. I'm surprised they haven't put one in yet.

To extra time it is. I don't have a clue who will win this. So evenly matched. England is my favourite non-Aussie/Portuguese team, so I'll support them to go all the way even if they break my heart by going all the way tonight.

england are looking very impressive with only 10, but then again, if it goes to penalties, they are missing two key players

Half-time in extra time. It seems destined to go down to penalties. Im pretty tense right now. Geez Ronaldo's shot was close. Sweet strike by him.

I'd say three. Beckham, Rooney and Joe Cole. :(

On a positive note...at least one team I like is guaranteed to go through to the semi. I just really really want that team to be Portugal. Penalites will kill me.

Yeah, I agree with that too. The ref has been quite good so far in this match. Maybe Rooney's sending off was a bit harsh though..

So,
Lamps, Gerrard, Crouch, Terry, and Cole/Ferdinand. I'm guessing.
3/5 I reckon.

Both, historically at major tourneys, and of recent late, England have struggled from 12yards.

C'mon Portugal.
