I have not learnt for the parabola shit. Coudl never do it first time around, and are not goign to cram to rememebr all those forumulas when I can never get the questiosn righ. Instead I'll concetrate on the rest.

Don't remember those formulas, just derive. It should guide you.

I.e if it says prove this is the tangent to the parabola just employ 2u knowledge.

If I need to find the tangent at 2ap I need to differentiate, sub in 2ap to find the gradient. Then use y-y=m(x-x) to sub in the values for x/y we're already given.

I it's a normal then the gradient is -1/m

etc..

That should get you a couple of marks.
