I don't use any oil or butter in scrambled eggs. It's really not necessary, imo. Just salt, pepper and some herbs. Yum!

subs are easy as hell to make! basically the same as an (grilled) sandwich

that reminds me - mini pizza breads
- french bread stick, cut into 2-ish cm slices
- tomato paste
- ham
- cheese
- any veg you want, eg. pineapple, capsicum, etc
put paste, ham, cheese, etc on bread. put under griller until golden brown. yummy
great party food

I use oil or butter so it doesn't stick to the pan.

just any sort of basic mixed dried herbs - or some fresh herbs like chives, dill, parsley, basil and oregano can be nice (not all together, obvs.)

Something i used to make a fair bit, but haven't done in a while.. It's like a pizza kinda..

- Get a tortilla and put whatever sauce you want on it. (i usually used satay, but so many sauces would work)
- Get whatever ingredients you want from the fridge. I dont know about others, but we always have garlic, onion, salami, ham and various cheeses in the fridge.. those are the ingredients i usually used.
- Chop up ingredients and put them on tortilla
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes (ish)

Tastes freekin' awesome.

If you have rice, place a sheet of gladwrap on the palm of your hand and put rice on it.

Then "cup" your hand so that the rice looks like you can put stuff in the middle of it.

Then put anything in there like tuna, pickled plum, leftover meat.

After that, just wrap the gladwrap around to make a "ball" out of it.

Tada! Instant rice ball.

Tomato toast - best snack ever, i swear. if you like tomato, that is.

Ingredients:
-Bread
-Butter (if you want, i hate the stuff but everyones different)
-Tomato
-Salt/Pepper/Cheese if desired.

Equipment:
-toaster
-knife
-plate (optional if you're on the go or just lazy)

Method:
-place bread in toaster and toast it
-while this is happening slice some tomato with the knife
-put tomato and whatever else you're doing (butter, pepper, whatever) on toast
-eat it

time: 5 mins, less if your toaster actually works properly.
Best food ever! Even better if you put extra tasty cheese and tomato on bread and grill in the oven for a little less than 5 mins. Bloody fantastic it is.

Chicken Kebabs - or whatever you want to call it:

Ideal for BBqs or anywhere else.

Get cHickn Breasts or Thighs either but not both.

Cut into small pieces - put in a bowl.

Marinate - with salt, chilli flakes, more chilli powder, um, you can have bit soy sauce (bascially all the herbs u like) Dont add mint!!!

Then into fridge for 5 minutes!!!

then take it out, put on skewers for BBQ .

heat pan with bit of oil and slap chicken on and cook.

Take it out,

Eat with bread or rice or noodle or use the chicken for other recipes.

How to make Ice Cream?

Ok you need milk -lol yes.
you need tub.
you thick pot to heat the milk (thin one not good)
you need sugar, vanilla pods or whatever flavouring you like cookies or whatever.

Put milk in pot. Say 1L. Keep heating the milk slowly - the skin or cream will keep coming - leave it there thats very important dont remove - keep stirring until to about 300ml. It should be thick and the cream shouldnt come as often. Then let it cool for some time.

Pour into tub. Leave for sometime until cool ( when the steam does come anymore) Close with lid and put in freezer. ALso before putting freezer make sure you add all your flavours.

Put in freexer for the nite and the nexdt day wake up and open it up. It wont be creamy - but it will be fucken awesome. TO make it more creamy. you need to add cream - but i wouldnt do this yet . Step by Step.

<3 the french toast and tomato toast- both are awesome. These are stuff I do on a regular basis when I literally have less than 5 minutes to make some food before running out of the house to the train before school. Or when there's no one else to make me lunch in holidays or on weekends.

Banana toast:

Cut a banana into quarters (lengthways then half) and stick into two slices of bread however you want. Stick into sandwich press.

Optional: spread honey on the bread beforehand. :)

Cheese toast:

Stick cheddar cheese in/on bread, put into sandwich press.

Muesli (personal favourite):

Cut up some fruit (peach, apple, banana, kiwifruit, etc.), pour some yoghurt on top, sprinkle muesli on top (preferably with dried fruit and nuts in them), and if you're lucky, some blueberries.

Tuna:

Canned tuna has got to be awesome versatile stuff. Either:

Open, serve with crackers, find some raw veggies, exotic sauce, cheese.

or:

Open, add some rice, some avocado. Optionally microwave. Mmmm.

Eggs:

Chuck one or two in frying pan. Add a bit of salt and butter. Chuck in chopped mushrooms/sundried tomatoes/ham/shallots if you want.

I always aim to make some sort of omelette and then grow impatient and poke at the stuff and it becomes scrambled eggs. =\

Chicken Kebab or Burrito/Tortilla or whatever.

Buy a whole chicken from Woolworths for under $10
A tomato or two
A head of lettuce
Lebanese bread
Cheese
Sweet chilli sauce.

Put cheese on the Lebanese bread. The chicken is heated so with a knife or tongs pull pieces of chicken and place it on the Lebanese bread. Heat in microwave for a minute. Take a tomato and slice pieces and take a piece of lettuce and chop it up. Once the microwaving is done, place the tomato slices and lettuce piece on. Put sauce then roll it up and eat. Yum!
