subjective frame - analysing art from ur pov, what feelings arise from the artwork etc
culutral frame - analysing the artwork through the issues/influences around the world
post-modern - how the artwork relates to us today
structural frame - analysing the artwork's technical qualities etc..

this is from the top of my head, i've got a really good sheet about the frames and stuff. i'll scan it in after my 3U maths exam and post the link here later :)

weell my scanner is screwed yet again so i'll type them up:

Subjective
- What do I see?
- What do I feel?
- What does it remind me of?

Structual
- What form is it?
- What materials and techniques have been used?
- Visual codes and symbols
- Composition
- Art Elements

Cultural
- What country and time does it belong to?
- Does it belong to an art movement or style?
- How does it reflect a culture - class, race, gender, politics, economics and technology?

Postmodern
- Does it still have the same meaning and value for us today?

Most of my other notes are relating the frames to architecture.. so if anyone does architecture, i'll type 'em up. :)
