Give your answer in whole consecutive integers

I recieved 72.5/120 and moved down to the second bottom class.

dy/dx = 2x - 10
set dy/dx to 0.
0 = 2x - 10
2x = 5
then, to top it all off, underneath i wrote:
THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.

I simplified an expression (can't be simplified)

It was
2x - 22 (correct answer which I had :burn: )
but then I went on to the following
2(x - 11)
x - 11
shame on me - cost me a mark

also, did correct solution to question and went - wait I don't think that's right - so I went back (crossing out my first CORRECT answer) did the question again but this time making stupid mistakes galour - wasting 2 marks of the three available

if I hadn't made the two above errors I would've got full marks in the test

I swear that's the funniest one I've seen. It's exactly when I was doing surds or something, and I got Root 3 (I dunno how to do sq.root sign)

the final answer "NO SOLUTION, NEGATIVE SURD"

Markers comment was "You get the hard ones right and the easy ones wrong. Stop making me laugh". To this day, I still do not know which teacher marked those exams haha..

i got sumthin like 12.32 on my calculator and wrote 'brilliantly' on my exam paper that the final payment would occur in the 12th year!

4a^2 - 25 = 4(a+5)(a-5) silly...

And this was recently in a 2U half yearly exam :angry: . I think I did way better in the 3U exam because I had to think more. But with 2U, I was careless and rushed the whole paper easily. I also made more silly errors. That's what you get for not practicing lots of q's and being weary of easy questions.

last years extension 1 HSC, i fucked up the induction Q

according to my brain, 7^2 = 144 lol, and it was an easy one too, i couldn't understand why it didn't work at the end.... oh well.
