whats the difference between binary opposites and an oxymoron

im not sure what to list this as: "gentle steel"

I haven't used binary opposites before, but from what I know from computing, I'd say binary opposites are two words that are antonyms.

Oxymorons describe words that are contradictory in nature, such as "gentle steel", but aren't necessarily antonyms.
