I don't expect any teacher to ace the HSC. I expect them to understand the content and be able to portray it in various ways to assist students, but not to have the whole course memorised like a student.

Nah doubt it.

probably close to 90~ though, for most my teachers.

However im pretty sure most my maths teachers would get close to 90-100 most defs

can people please think logically... there are 10 state ranking positions for 3U and if they were to be separated by ranks, it has to mean there is a different of at least 1 mark in their HSC results. It could arise partially from assessment marks but even then that is still base on the hsc. Yes I agree they would get close to getting full marks but it doesnt mean they won't make mistakes >.>

I'm sure there would be students in my school who would get a higher raw mark than some teachers.

I don't think any of our school's teachers would get 100% in the HSC exams, not even for maths.

Why not?
Even the best maths students will make careless mistakes, so why would a teacher be expected to make absolutely none?
My teacher set our trial and said he made around as many careless mistakes as i did when he was doing his own paper.
true that. I often have to correct my maths teacher and I suck at maths exams.
