i love doing kendo =D

and yeah; we have to shout everytime we swing our Shinai (bamboo sword. not stick! >O =p) because it represents the spirit we have in ourselves and when we shout; it kinda boosts the ferocity of the attack kinda.

how do u guys deal with it? lol.
