details about subjects are out. they arent offering accg310, which is what i was looking to do!:(

so looks like a toss up between busl301 and/or busl320. 320 needs 301, so i am assuming i can't do both. also i think they will clash. so seems likely i'll be enrolling in busl301, unless i can score myself a vacational experience position (unlikely).

anyone else summer schooling?

Notice how the 4 cp subjects cost the same as the 3 cp subjects. If I were an international student I'd take the 2 * 4 cp subjects. So that 24 + 8 = 32 cp a year or 96 cp in 3 years. A double degree in 3 years...

omg, that would work out so well.

Can someone explain something to me- there are 5 weeks of classes. Do they make up for the shortness of the term via having longer classes?

Secondly, they are so fucking expensive- 3 times the normal fee, but it would be soooo good =(

HIST244/333 would be 1/3 of my HIST double major... *groans* ... Why can't I be rich?

Does anyone want to hire me as anything up to and including a prostitute?

they have the same number of lectures as they do in the semester, it is just more compressed.

it is only twice as much as normal. the real problem being that you have to pay upfront. YOU CANNOT DEFER IT! anyone who has any kind of job should be able to save a further 1.5k...if not then leech of your parents/family. thats what they are there for.

i think it would be fair to say that the generally, people do well in summer school. it may be because they are advantaged due to the canditure, or ease of exam or MAYBE because they do more work.

i heard its easier to pass in summer school since you learn the content in a short time period the exam is easier cos i don't have that much time to go deep into the subject etc..but i dunno ....wish i could do summer school but i don't have the money !

nah i think you are wrong there...they learn the same content and go into the same amount of depth. check the contact hours, they are the same as though the course is run during the semesters.

wahhhh I wish I had that money. :(

I might ask a family member for a loan. It would be great to get a final 300 sub gone.

That wasn't his point. His point was that you learn things in a shorter period of time start to finish. You don't have to stretch your memory to the beginning of semester whilst doing the exam- it's only 5 weeks ago when you started.

yes i'm a girl! thanks for that

if i had to be tested on the first 5 weeks or so of content i would definitely be much better off...the 11 weeks makes me forget many things (especially little things that are notoriously popping up in my exams) ...

on another point: accg200 ppl do we need to study that service operations chapter? since we didn't cover it in lectures?
thanks
