Prescribed - Dracula by Bram Stoker (novel) 1897
So I need 2 related texts and so far:
Related text 1 - The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe (short story) 1843
Related text 2 - ????

I need suggestions for another gothic related text but I'd prefer if it was either a poem (short) or painting/visual. Also, it'd be good if it was from another century like the 18th century, 20th century, 21st century, etc.

I'm doing The Monk by Matthew Lewis as my related text, as our core text we are doing Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. There are many texts to choose from. The Castle of Otranto is considered the first 'Gothic' text, as you probably know and there are also the novels by Anne Radcliffe such as The Mysteries of Udolpho. The earliest ones are the easiest to analyze in regards to Gothic elements. I have a sheet with many different pre-20th century titles...I can list some if you like.

In regards to other material...Poe's poems are rather good and I am sure Byron or Lord Tennyson would have poems with Gothic elements in them. Ask your teacher because finding your own material that isn't a novel can be tricky or poem.
