I don't have the book, but I have the questions (photocopied by Miss).
I haven't done this question, but I've only done Multiple Choice + Q21 and Q22 from this paper (one of 12 that I have done/partially completed).
I don't think I'll have the time to do all parts (because you can't skip to D without doing the first parts).
Here's the question, so others can have a go:

Section III
Question 25 - TPS (20 marks)
The GetHealthy Medical Practice has 6 doctors working together in a single building, with each doctor seeing patients in their own office.
As new patients ask for an appointment, the receptionist keys in their details.
Each doctor has a PC on their desk which allows them to view details of any patient's history who has visited the practice, even if they have not yet seen that patient themselves. The doctors key in the Medicare number of the required patient, and can then scroll through a series of screens, with each screen showing details of a single consultation for that patient.
(d) This system was initially designed as a batch system, with the receptionist keying in the details of each consultation for each doctor at the end of the day after surgery hours are over.
(iii) Construct a data flow diagram to represent the batch system (3 marks)
Sorry,
I might do this later on tonight, but my fingers are practically DEAD (feeling very heavy after 8 hours of constant key punching/typing)
