Hi,

Does anyone know how the pay rate goes up at subway? Right now im 17 and get 13.05/hr, which is less than back when I was 15-16 and got 16.30/hr at KFC.

I mean its a busy ass job for so little pay ==

Does it have to do with whether the subway store is in the franchise or privately owned?

Look up food prep. minimum wages on fairwork etc.

It won't depend on the franchise. Perhaps you were casual previously and are now part time etc.

My mate works at macca's and earns the same per hour as you. As said above, maybe you're part time now compared to casual?

Some places pay above award wage.
For instance my local red rooster pays $1-$2 above.

lol what the actual f*ck, im 16 and i only get paid 10.5 at kfc. so yea, what the other ppl said :L
