Hey guys i was just wondering in year 12 out of these subs:

english adv
mathematics
mathematics ext 1
engineering (still thinking whether or not to do)
physics
business
ipt

which require the most time and effort to get 90+. Personally im averaging high 80s for all except my english literacy is crappy.

phys maybe? Physics can get quite hard, but unless you go to a private school like grammar, which steers off the syllabus ALOT, it should be relatively easy. The same goes with mathematics extension 1.

Personally, for me 90+ eng is a dream (ignore the sig, I'm just making shit up. I'll never get the 99+ bc my eng is just not up to scratch.)
But yeah, i suppose it depends personally as well.

English can take a lot of time to perfect I guess. For prelims I spent a good chunk of time doing practise essays, responses and prep for the yearlies and got decent marks in the end. I would definitely recommend writing up all your notes, especially your AOS notes, ASAP so you're not in a massive rush for prelim exams.

Maths Ext 1 can be quite challenging, if you don't do your homework, understand concepts or practise heaps!! I usually spend about 1hr per night doing maths and sometimes its not enough. But it's really rewarding, I love it! :D Are you going to pick up ext 2?

Hahahahha I put minimal effort into physics for year 11 and managed to do well, but I relied mostly on tutoring (not recommended).

Not sure about your other subs :/ but some of my friends who did IPT accel put in quite a bit of time for it as well.

I guess what everyone has said, maths and physics. But you said you find English hard so to get around the 90s (which can be tough), so then you should also work on English in relativeness.
