work in a quiet place where you won't be distracted... then just read over your notes a few times to understand it. once you uderstand it *completely*, THEN make summeries. alot of people just summerize their notes without understanding it and that's where they go wrong.

.. oh and summeries might be a good idea too... but you have to proritise :p

i just sit down and revise school work u know...
i avoid listening to music and study at the same time because it
lowers my concentration and increases my study time

Yeah I do the same as above.......
Right now tho.......im making sure I relate wot im studying to the syllabus, that way I no that im not wasting my time on things I dont need 2 no! Nd it also comes in handy for Physics where there are a lot of big mark questions in an extended response format.
Anyway, all I do 2 do this is read over the syllabus dotpoints nd then look for the information which answers the points, which is done using my textbooks! Its pretty easy once u get into the swing of things ! :)

Eveyone's different......i can't stand studying wif music! But my sis can't study without music.
Summeries are good...................esp. 4 cramming (if you're like me)......*sigh*........"practise what u preach"
