Nuts and dried fruit are good energy foods. That is, if you're not fussed about calories and gaining weight and the such.

I do at least 30 mins of cardio every morning. Also do pilates, dance, more cardio on the weekend. I guess it helps with stress because when you're exercising your mind is clear and not spinning with school work, assessments, marks, etc.

well i think eating more during exam time helps me
not like more mcdonalds
but fruit & veg
having a nutritious dinner also helps heaps
like with a salad i find
i drink SO much herbal tea i dno if it helps but its yum
like all the raspberry, rosehip n stuff.. yuum
i find cafeine screws with my concentration so i avoid it
chocolate is good too
and like crunhcy things
also gum is good for u.. it like helps u remember stuff more cos it makes ur heart beat faster i dnt reeli no the explanation
but when i chewed gum in my exams it helped lol! .. weirded

umm yeh i dnt exercise but its not good

yeh like i have mild athsma n now that i hvnt been exeircising i think its gotten worse!

I'm not sure, but wouldn't the tea have caffinein it? I think i read somewhere that the usual tea has lots of caffine. however, you said herbal tea, so
