On coversheets, essays, when registering for the online perdisco set, etc, does student number mean with the 'z' or no? Or does it not matter?

obviously the lecturer or tutor won't be able to figure out who you are if you don't have a z!

Actually, you can have both at the same time. I teach & I'm a student so I have both.

yeah i actually read that last night, here: IT at UNSW - About zPass for Staff

site said:
When logging into systems requiring a zPass do the following:

- Staff who currently have an ‘s’ staff number, simply replace the ‘s’ with a ‘z’ (so that s1234567 becomes z1234567)
- Staff who currently have a ‘z’ number – simply use this as it is
- Staff who currently have an ‘m’ should refer to the usernames page.
so there's an 'm' number, how interesting! :O
