Because all the posts you make don't make any sense. For example, it's "I've done English", not "I done English".

Yeah dont accept. If you got a UAI <50, uni will just be a painful waste of time and money

No it won't. Surely the likelyhood of it being a painful waste of time increases with a lower UAI, but it doesn't mean that it will be a waste of time. I can think of many counter-examples. :S

If they got in by fluke and they didn't make the best of the once-in-a-lifetime / second chance, they wouldn't even get through 1st yr of med/law school, much less graduate.

Let's hear some of them.

you both fail so bad that it's heart breaking.

It's I did english in the HSC.

disclaimer: I realise that 'dont' was probably a typing error. Sue me.

It'd be funnier if you flipped the second plane photo to face the other way. But other than that, good effort!

Should it be “I studied English in the HSC” lol.

But yea I agree, he might do well at Uni. I know people who have gone to Uni and are pretty dumb, I know people who couldn’t get in but are pretty intelligent.

Plus, looking at the results in his signature he seems to have “just passed” in his science subjects, so he might be alright at the BoS.

Either way, good luck.

While we're all being anal retentive, it should be:

"I studied English for my HSC".

Yeah I wouldn't write him off because of his HSC marks. Atleast he has in foot in the door now so he can redeem himself at uni, goodluck.
