What kind of HSC final mark do you have to get to obtain a state ranking for legal studies?

I know last year a guy in my year got 97 in business studies and got 7th(?) in the state.

So you'd be looking at 97+ I'd think.

Top 1% of the state got 95+ last year, which is around 80 people. To get a state ranking in legal studies, you have to get into the top 10 students, and the top mark last year was 98. So it's reasonable to say you'll need to be getting at least 97 to have a chance of getting a state ranking in legal studies.

i came 5th in the state in 07 for legal..
that was with 97 hsc mark!
