Out of curiosity, has anyone actually started their major work?

I probably have about 500 words, although I'm just playing around with my concept and it's nothing serious.

What about everyone else?

I'd be impressed at any who's gotten into the serious business of writing at this stage. I didn't seriously start writing until March, it had all been random doodles and extracts before that.

Well... really, it's a term in - I'd assume every EX2 student has at least written snippets. After all, you have to be motivated to do this subject in the first place.

Though it's not advisable to start writing big chunks if you don't know what to do yet.
