Drink a glass of water before every meal, it will make you feel fuller --> you eat less.

Hello everyone,

I am currently unhappy with my weight. Suggestions on how I should start losing some weight? My diet is quite unhealthy. Where do I start?

Note: I am about 1.67 m and 79 kg.

FUARK SPIRAL'S GETTING SHREDDED!!!! This, combined with his maths abilities, will have him getting girls like there's no tomorrow!

I'm ~178cm and 65kg. Was going to bulk this year to about 80kg, but I was struggling to eat enough/lift on a regular basis because of school and stuff. Feelsbad.

If you want to take a serious approach to getting into shape you won't learn much from this forum. What are your goals? Are you only looking to lose weight (fat)? Are you looking to lose fat and gain a bit more muscle?

When it comes to getting in shape its 100% diet and 100% training, whether you execute correctly is up to you.

If you want something bad enough, you'll get it.

I started at 65KG chubbybunny, now 87kg. 10 months training throughout HSC year.

Brah, I'm not sure you understand how percentages work.

Try to eat more fibre, cut down eating junk food (no packet chips, mcdonalds, kfc chicken & other stuff, shapes, frozen party food that you bake in the oven)

and try to eat veggies, especially leafy greens - asian ones or celery (good for weight loss), carrots are good too. if you eat lots of meat everyday, just reduce it to smaller portions; try to eat meat every 2-3 days.

and when you eat, try to get the veggie:meat ratio to 2:1 or maybe 3:1. Lean meat, like chicken (breast, not wings or drumsticks) , lamb is good rather than stuff like bacon and beef. This might sound obvious but when there is fat/chicken skin on the meat, don't eat it, it's bad for your heart and you will only pack on the pounds again

Nope, you're a moron. Meat does not cause weight gain. If you ate a meat only diet, you would lose a lot of weight.

NO, NO, NO. You're a fucking moron.

Eating fat has nothing to do with becoming fat.

The atkins diet, high in fat and fatty meat, resulted in the greatest weight loss and reduction in risk factors for heart disease.

How about you learn about stuff before spewing your nonsense everywhere.

For me, I don't eat set meals anymore, I eat on demand. So whenever I am hungry, I actually eat. On avg nowadays, I have consumed less calories and lost weight. I've also tended to eat more protein foods (I work out at duh gym), so thus I ceebs eating as much.

Also, eat slowly too, that way it would better for you.
